Bio
Don Duke is a Professor of Environmental Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers. I am Faculty Advisor for the FGCU-AWRA Student Chapter, and currently serving as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for the AWRA national organization. My research specialties are water quality science and policy, including quantitative assessment of pollutant origins and environmental conditions at the watershed scale; effectiveness assessment for policies at the federal, state, regional, and local level; stormwater runoff and stormwater pond assessment; and flood response and management policies and local/regional programs for flood mitigation.
